Weekly schedule
crossfit
Workout of the day. This is a traditionally programmed CrossFit class with combination of weightlifting, monostructural metabolic conditioning (cardio), and gymnastics (bodyweight). this is what makes up the majority of all CrossFit gyms.
Strength
This class is designed to enhance your Olympic Lifts by focusing on proper technique, drills, utilizing accessory work and getting repetitions in to build strength and confidence in those lifts. Each class is an hour of focused lifting and small group attention from the coach.
endurance
This hour is dedicated to a longer, grunt work style workout. Expect to see longer metcons and less skilled movements in these classes. You will be sweaty!!!
Saturdays
These classes are programmed as a less structured lifting session including accessory work. The laid-back atmosphere of class will allow participates to complete the work at their own pace as well as enjoy the HCF community! Coach Brayden leads these classes and can answer any questions you have.
